The Hydro Workshop building had an existing flooring surface which first needed to be ground off with a diamond grinder. Once the surface was prepared our contractors used  three coats of Haymes Ultimate water based floor finish. The new surface will hold up to the toughest requirements and is easy to clean, low VOC and very hard wearing.
